Collecting your car

Please ensure that you have all necessary documents with you prior to collecting your vehicle:

* Driving license (international & national).

* Credit Card for payment and deposit

* Reservation confirmation details.

* International passport

Vehicle standards

Upon arrival at your rental station, your vehicle should be available and ready for rent. All cars are maintained in good condition. However, there may be cases of non-compliance with the standards, please, let our Rental staff know about all the things that make you worry and make sure that it is noted in your rental agreement.

Pre-rental inspection

You will get a Pre-rental inspection form, which you are required to sign. This document should detail any minor scratches that you may notice. It is very important that you check the vehicle before signing the rental agreement and highlight any damage to note it on the given form. You should be aware that if any new damage is found upon return of the vehicle, you (the customer) will be responsible for it.

Fuel Options

When you collect your vehicle, the Rental Sales Agent will explain the fuel options available to you and arrange the option which best suits your requirements. You will be asked to select from one of the below options:

Fuel Up Front This option lets you purchase a full tank of fuel at the beginning of your car rental, allowing you to return the vehicle empty.

Pay On Return If you do not take Fuel Up Front, and later find you haven't got time to refuel your vehicle at the end of your rental, we will refill the tank when you return. Please be aware a service charge will apply on top of the basic cost of the fuel itself.

Bring Back Full Budget will supply you with a full tank of fuel at the beginning of your rental. You will then be expected to return the vehicle with a full tank. Any missing fuel will be charged on the Pay On Return basis outlined above.

The fuel options above are available at all Budget stations. Fuel prices will vary from country to country.
